My grandmother's patchwork quilt reviewBlog title...

The above book is a children's book that describes how a grandmother makes a quilt as a young child. She passes this on to her granddaughter. Throughout the book there is a mention of the farm that the girl grows up on. In the end she still has the grandmother's quilt, and has learned to make quilts herself. This book is really neat. In the back of the book there are quilt squares for children to make their own quilt. I am constructing a unit plan based on this book for the foundation's children's english classes, and I am going to try to make podcasts based on this unit plan. Got to find the book in braille first though.
